Pencil This One In. BHA at Man United Saturday 9am cst on Peacock. Anything but a W for MU and Manager ten Hag’s back will be against the wall. The pressure is always on at MU, but this feels different. The loss at Arsenal and lackluster play so far has people questioning the direction of the club, again. For BHA, they have nothing to lose. The Seagulls have been scoring in bunches against lesser opponents, but were they exposed against West Ham?
Some might say West Ham hosting Man City is must watch (Sat 9am cst on USA), so get 2 tv’s going and settle in.
International Break Injuries. How did PL teams fare injury wise? All is well, for the most part. Chelsea star Romeo Lavia went down with an injury playing for Belgium, during practice and will miss time for Chelsea.
Packers Bears. Yankees Red Sox. UNC Duke. All big rivalries, but have those teams ever seen each other on an actual battlefield? Scotland hosted England in Glasgow during this International Break in a “friendly” to commemorate the 150th anniversary of their first match. Scotland has moved all the way up to 30th in the world, winning all 5 of their Euro 2024 qualifiers. There is very little “friendly” about the match up.

The result? England beats Scotland 3-1, just the second home loss for Scottland in 20 matches. England lead the all-time record with 49W 41L and 27D.
What 2 Look 4 👀- Match Week 5
Road Team Upset Alert. Looking for a home team getting big odds?
Bournemouth v Chelsea (Sat) - The Blues are favorites on the road. More than any other team, Chelsea needed that International Break if nothing else to get Poch time to figure out this team.
Wolves v Liverpool (Sat) - The Reds more than any other team did not need the International Break. They were playing with great energy and a lot of momentum; however, Klopp has a great record coming out of Intl breaks - just 3 losses in 29 matches.
West Ham v Man City (Sun) - City loves to maintain possession, Hammers love to sit back and counter. Expect a lot of City control, attack and shots, the question is will they be of quality. Can West Ham counter and make the most of their limited shots to take down the champions.
Everton v Arsenal (Sun) - On paper this is a mismatch. Can Everton score? Arsenal should control the midfield and get a lot of chances.
Home Team Upset Alert. These home teams are favorites but expect all of them to be challenged.
Man United +115 v BHA +205 (Sat) - See Above.
Villa -110 v Palace +295 (Sat) - Villa have dominated 2 lesser teams and got pounded by 2 top teams. Palace sits in the middle. If Palace can find a way to finish, this could get interesting.
Forest +112 v Burnley +240 (Sun) - Finally, a team on the Clarets level? Forest is a tough place to play, and Burnley have been run out of the gym 3 times already. Who got better? Really looking forward to this one.
Big Favorites, BUT don't expect all three to win.
Newcastle v Brentford (Sat) - You would expect the Magpies to run away with this one but Brentford just seems to find ways to get points. The first 15 minutes may tell the story of this one.
Tottenham v Sheffield United (Sat) - Spurs are the biggest favorite of the week. The Blades have kept their matches close, can they get a couple breaks and pull a surprise.
Fulham v Luton Town (Sat) - Could this be the first points for the Hatters? Is Fulham the team who took a point from Arsenal, or the team that lost 0-3 to Brentford at home?
