Has been a BUSY summer for the PL and soccer in general - here is your “60 second” recap.
FIFA Club World Cup
Chelsea beat high flying PSG 3-0 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. Great momentum for The Blues heading into the PL season. PL Club Movement
Burnly Goalkeeper James Trafford has rejoined Man City for a record $35M+ fee for a GK. Will be a hole for Burnley to fill for sure, here is their statement. “the move to City is a record transfer fee for a British goalkeeper and a club record sale.”
Morgan Gibbs-White signed a “record deal” to stay with Forest.
Florian Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike both signed with Liverpool, totaling $200M in signings.
Viktor Gyokeres and Martin Zubimendi to Arsenal totaling $150M in signings.
Marcus Rashford is heading to Barcelona.
Luis Diaz is heading to Bayern Munich.
Kevin De Bruyne to Napoli.
