CS Observations and Predictions
France looks to be clear favorites but will need to go through many of their UEFA rivalries to get to the final.
If Spain and Portugal meet in round of 16 it could be an issue for Spain, Portugal will know them well.
Netherlands v Morocco and Brazil v Japan in the round of 32, all 4 teams could make the final 4.
On paper, it’s a collision course between Argentina and Colombia who in 2024 played in the COPA America Final, Argentina won in extra time 1-0.
England have looked average and if they face Mexico in round of 16 in Mexico City, it could go either way.
Good draw in round of 32 for USA, and a pretty good draw for the round of 16 if they get there.
